Orders regarding product deliveries within Greece exclusively are accepted.

RECEIPT FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE IN XANTHI

The direct receipt of the products of your order is done from our physical store, without any additional financial burden of the buyer, during the business hours.

THROUGH TRANSPORT COMPANY

The orders are sent with the courier company “ ELTA Courier “. There is a possibility in Greece that inaccessible areas are served by the local Post Office. Shipping costs in Greece are borne by the buyer and amount to € 3.

Indicative order execution times (but not binding):

• Monday to Friday until 15.00, where they will be sent immediately the same day by our company and the courier company will undertake the delivery in 1-2 working days in land areas while in islands and remote areas in 3 to 4 working days .
• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays where they will be performed on the next working day.

Regarding the delivery, our company in cooperation with the courier company, will take all the necessary measures for the timely delivery of the parcels to your door. Our company is not responsible in any case for any delays due to force majeure or to events that do not fall under the control of the company. Indicatively, delays are reported that may be due to strikes, intermediate loading and unloading areas, extreme weather events (eg ban on ships leaving ports). In case of any delays the company will make every effort to receive your order as soon as possible.
